The UMBC IS Department is holding a timely and engaging panel discussion focused on artificial intelligence in the workplace and how organizations are using AI as a powerful tool to support people, not replace them. This conversation will explore how AI is shaping roles across corporate, product, engineering, and enterprise environments, and what that means for students and early-career professionals entering today's workforce.
The panel brings together industry leaders and UMBC alumni working across large corporations, product management, and applied AI development. Speakers will share how AI is currently used in real-world settings, from improving workflows and decision-making to enhancing productivity, creativity, and collaboration.
