Join us for a meaningful pro bono opportunity in partnership with the Baltimore County Bar Association, UMBC, and the Erickson School of Aging. At this clinic, volunteer attorneys will be paired with UMBC student volunteers to assist local seniors in completing Advance Directive forms using the Maryland Attorney General's standard form.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working alongside attorneys, interact directly with clients, and learn more about the importance of advance planning in elder law. No prior legal knowledge is required—training and support will be provided.
Date: Monday, October 6, 2025
Time: There are two volunteer shifts: (1) 2:30 PM -5:00 PM and (2) 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM.
Location: UMBC's Erickson School of Aging Studies (at the Research Park), 5523 Research Park Drive; Suite 230 - Free Parking
To maximize the overall number of student participants, students may volunteer for one shift only. Space is limited so sign up as soon as possible!
