Interested in finding simple yet impactful ways to weave wellness into your professional and personal life? If so, please join faculty and staff colleagues for Wellness Wednesdays the first Wednesday of each month (September to June). Each session offers information, resources, and/or immersion into different wellness modalities that are supported at UMBC.
Want to learn simple techniques that are essential in self-defense? If so, join Lt. Bruce Perry, Commander Patrol and Sgt. Derrick Johns, Commander, Squad 2 of the UMBC Police who will provide tips for being safe and demonstrating some techniques to show how to defend yourself against certain attacks.
