Wellness Wednesdays: Rock Your Resolutions at the RAC
Interested in finding simple yet impactful ways to weave wellness into your professional and personal life? If so, please join faculty and staff colleagues for Wellness Wednesdays the first Wednesday of each month. Each session offers information, resources, and/or immersion into different wellness modalities that are supported at UMBC.
Looking for ways to take action on your physical fitness New Year’s resolutions? Consider utilizing the services and equipment at the RAC! Not many people know UMBC has an indoor pool and track (1/10 mile) as well as fitness classes that happen during the lunch break. These resources are FREE and there’s something for everyone and every preference.
Join RAC recreation professionals for a tour of the facilities and hands on tutorial on use of weight training and cardio equipment and walk away with confidence and a plan. Registered participants who attend will be entered into a raffle for a fitness tracking device!
