Wellness Wednesday: Farm Fresh
Interested in finding simple yet impactful ways to weave wellness into your professional and personal life? If so, please join faculty and staff colleagues for Wellness Wednesdays the first Wednesday of each month. Each session offers information, resources, and/or immersion into different wellness modalities that are supported at UMBC.
We know that shopping according to the seasons makes sense for lots of reasons. It's healthier and fresher. It often costs less. It supports local economy and the environment. However, sometimes, we're at a loss for what to do with all of the bounty! Join Chef Tim, Campus Executive Chef, and Nicole, Campus Dietitian, as they cook up fresh ideas for healthy fresh meals made from locally sourced products.
