Re-Balancing with Yoga 5 Week Series
Take a break from your Mondays this fall to do something for yourself to find balance during our five week yoga series.
Kristen Coffey will guide us through a 60-minute gentle Vinyasa inspired yoga class on 9/16, 9/23, 10/7, 10/14 and 10/21. We will focus on connecting pranayama (breathing) with the use of asanas (postures) to restore balance in your mind and body.
Please bring a mat and water bottle.
Modifications for beginners and options for more advanced yogis will be offered, all levels are welcomed. During your practice, always remember to honor and respect your body.
