Moving with the Breath 5-Week Series
Maintain inner peace by moving your body and intentionally breathing in a supportive way with our online series.
Explore movements to relax the mind, reduce stress, and increase calmness within. During this 5-week series, Jalisa Monroe, Instructional Technology Specialist, will guide a gentle asana practice and breathing exercises to start the week with Monday mindfulness.
Modifications will be offered, all levels are welcomed. During your practice, always remember to honor and respect your body
Feel free to bring a mat and props to assist your practice.
This series will take place on the following dates: 6/1, 6/8, 6/15, 6/22 and 6/29.

Please note that you are registering for the series. Participants will receive a link with the credentials for each session 24 hours beforehand.
