Join the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) for its 5th Annual Virtual Meet and Greet Event, a dynamic opportunity for students and recent graduates to explore meaningful careers in federal service. Taking place on Wednesday, May 13, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. – 2:55 p.m. (EST), this interactive virtual session is designed to introduce you to the agency’s mission and the diverse roles that support workplace rights across the country.
The NLRB is an independent federal agency dedicated to protecting the rights of private-sector employees to improve their wages and working conditions. Through enforcement of the National Labor Relations Act (NLRA), the agency plays a vital role in promoting fair labor practices and workplace democracy.
This year’s theme, “Discovering NLRB: Your Career, Your Journey”, highlights the many pathways available within the agency. Attendees will have the chance to:
