MEDIA AND WEB RELATIONS ASSISTANT

Under the supervision of the Executive Director, this position will work on EBLO public relations, including website design, Facebook updating, Newsletter to stakeholders, media relations, publicity for festivals, etc. The position will investigate and address the most effective ways of using media to reach the intended audience for the dissemination of information. PROGRAM COORDINATOR SUPPORT

This position will support the Program Coordinator in the oversight of EBLO’s Mi Segunda Casa after-school programs. Activities will include office support, database entry and management, and communications with parents and partners, under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and the Education Director. This position will have responsibilities such as research and database management which would require creativity, lateral thinking, and problem-solving. DEVELOPMENT ASSISTANT

This position will provide grant funding support, special event coordination, grant database development, and administrative and operations support for the Education Director. This position includes higher-level thinking, problem-solving and creativity, including researching possible new funding sources, grant application writing/editing, creation of a new database, and supporting the organization and planning of future Special Events. Spanish skills are NOT required for this position.
