In Yoga for Flexibility, we invite all levels - even if you have no prior experience with yoga at all. This is a class where we will take it easy with the aim to increase flexibility in the body, and cultivate mindfulness using our breath. It is my goal for you to leave class feeling lighter both in body and mind. Hope to see you on the mat.
