Squat your way to stronger legs in this 30 Day Challenge!
Follow the attached schedule and work your way up to safely doing 230 squats in one day. Complete the challenge and earn a free UMBC REC T-Shirt!
You can do the squats anywhere, does not have to be in the RAC. Keep a daily tracker of your squats and when you have completed the challenge (or would like more information), email firstname.lastname@example.org a copy of your tracker. Extra prize if you submit a video of your training or tag us in a post @umbcrec on Instagram!
