Try this challenge to work up to 50 push ups in one day! Follow the schedule and safely work up to 50 push ups.
Make sure to click "going" to register for this event. Record your push ups on a tracker (it can be anything you would like to use) and submit it to aleab@umbc.edu at the end of the challenge to claim your #getactive t-shirt.

Push ups can be done from the plank position or from the knees. Check out these helpful videos to learn how to do a proper push ups.
