Monthly Fitness Challenge, Walk Into Fall!
This September try to increase your daily steps! To complete this challenge you need to get at least 6000 steps for 24 days in the month. This is about 6 days a week. Click going on the MyUMBC event and you will be sent a step tracking sheet. When you have completed the challenge email Aleab@umbc.edu to get your prize. Join our Retrievers On The Move Mileage club to keep going all semester!
