DoSA Total Body Stretch Workshop

This workshop will introduce a variety of stretching methods to provide the framework which will allow you to extend the range of movement at the joints. You will even learn how to stretch from your desk! This may help prevent injury and improve preformance of health and sports related activities, as well as help the body into a heightened state of relaxation.
