Walking into a Cardio Party class at the top of the semester can be a little intimidating!

Perhaps you have trouble finding the beat...

Or you've never heard the songs before...

Or you can't see the instructor because it is so crowded!

All of the choreography is new at the beginning of the semester!!

And if you're a new student, you're probably not familiar with Jasmin's repertoire or style.

Come and join us on Sunday afternoons to learn Cardio Party choreograph step by step.

Discover a new, more rhythmic you and be able to bring your fabulous-ness to Cardio Party throughout the week!
