Challenge yourself in May with Push-Ups
Ready to tackle something new in May? Join us for a Push-Up Challenge. Work up to 50 push-ups in one day! Complete the challenge and earn a #getactive t-shirt. (T-shirts will be mailed out when we get back on campus.)
These push-ups can be from the plank position or from the knees-whichever is a challenge for you. See the attached schedule to keep you on track.
***As always with any exercise program, make sure you are healthy enough-check with your doctor prior to starting to exercise.***
Make sure to warm-up prior to starting your push-ups. See below for the correct way to do a push-up.
