We will be providing Group Fitness Classes with our instructors – via IGTV on Instagram (handle: @umbcrec) every Monday-Friday 8am, 5pm, & 6pm; as well as Sundays at 10am and 5pm.
We will also have the new Fitness Classes recorded and posted on our YouTube Channel (UMBCrecTV) via On-Demand so you can get your workout in when it fits your needs.
This semester Cardio Party w/ Christine & Cardio Dance w/ Jenn will be offered live via Zoom, links for those classes will be available on the event page via myUMBC as well as on our website. If you can't make it live don't worry! Recordings will be uploaded to our YouTube page the next day.
