TRX, is a 30-minute group fitness class designed to strengthen and challenge your entire body using TRX suspension training. This dynamic workout utilizes your body weight and gravity to build strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability simultaneously. Perfect for all fitness levels.

All events, groups, organizations, and centers are open for full participation by all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or any other protected category under applicable federal law, state law, and the University's nondiscrimination policy.
