Hybrid Workplace Series: Strategic Planning Series
Facilitating Hybrid Meetings
Do you have all of the tools you need to be successful in the hybrid workplace?
Working remotely during the pandemic required the workforce to constantly adapt work processes and procedures and we all learned a great deal in this process. With a gradual return to campus and hybrid work we will need to continue to upskill in order to evolve as the nature of our work and our workplace evolves. The Hybrid Workplace series offers staff training in the available productivity and collaboration tools that will help contribute to individual and shared success in our new normal.
Curious about ways to facilitate engaging meetings no matter where your team members are located? Today’s hybrid workplace requires leaders and meeting facilitators to get creative on how they approach, design and facilitate meetings in order to yield the best results. In this session you will learn how to plan and facilitate interactive hybrid meetings in fun, effective ways that maximize members' learning styles, connect them meaningfully to each other, and move forward the nature of your shared work.
