Kick off the Symposium with good food and great conversation! Join members of the Re-Envisioning General Education Task Force over breakfast for an informal, high-level look at where UMBC’s Gen Ed program stands today—and where we’re headed.

Over coffee and breakfast, you’ll get:

• The Inside Scoop: A quick primer on the Provost’s charge to the Task Force, accreditation guidelines, and key student data.

• Direct Access: Task Force members will answer your questions about current GEPs and Functional Competencies.

• A Voice in the Process: Early insights into upcoming opportunities to directly shape UMBC’s future general education framework.

Grab a plate, connect with colleagues, and help us lay the groundwork for what’s next!
