The Center for Democracy and Civil Life is seeking a graduate assistant to support a collaborative initiative to infuse civil learning in UMBC's curriculum. This positions major responsibilities will include research and report-writing, program coordination, preparation of communications/promotional materials, and the facilitation and documentation of the meetings. In addition, the graduate assistants will work with other members of the coordinated UMBC teams pursuing curricular infusion and reapplication for the Carnegie Community Engagement Classification to support their shared objectives.
